Nicole Sebastian - Owner and Executive Director

Nicole has been in the early childhood education(ECE) field since her days at Florida Atlantic University. With a degree in ECE from Rasmussen college she is focused on providing a caring, family environment matched with the latest educational advancements for the students. Nicole spent her time teaching with Pre-K and Kindergarten students before entering administration with a large childcare company. Nicole has two children that are joining the Academy and is excited to see them thrive in the supportive and educationally rich environment.

Elvia (Mily) Rodriguez - Owner and Executive Director

Mily gained her degree in elementary education while living in her home country of Spain. Her degree in foreign languages is important in the ECE field because it helps students assimilate to a new program. Mily has spent 8 years teaching the toddler age group with a focus on social and emotional development and instilling confidence in her students.  Mily has two children and is happily married, living in North Andover.

Jennifer (Jen Jen) Hogg- Assistant Director

Jen has been working in the field since she graduated high school. Jen spent her entire career at one center before moving on to join us at the academy. Jen has her Child Development Associates and continues to expand her knowledge of the field she loves. Jen has worked with the toddler age group for the majority of her career before moving into a management role. Jen is an exciting teacher the children love to learn with.

Melissa Cashman- Pre-KINDERGARTEN Educator

Melissa has worked in the field of early childhood education since 2004. She is a skilled and organized teacher that strives to know everything she can about each family she is involved with. She is a comfort for the children and partners with parents to meet their expectations. Melissa excites the children about the topics they're learning while also including their interests.

Lori Meyer-Gaudreau- floating educator

Lori has long worked in the field of social work and has joined MVCA to offer care for the children. Lori is the go-to for social and emotional growth of our youngest students and offers an ear to our older students who want to share in their triumphs. Lori is a dedicated educator who focuses on the needs of the children and their families.

  Shannon Claflin  is an important part of our MVCA support staff. Shannon spends most of her time in our infant classroom as she finishes her Master degree in Special education.

  Nicole Garneau  is an experienced early childhood educator that spends her days working with our older toddlers. Nicole has been working in the field for 20 years and has been with us since December 2017.

  Michelle Provencher  is an exciting and energetic addition to our team. She spends her days with our younger toddlers and is also our music program. Michelle is a master of finger plays and puppets and really keeps her class on their toes.

  Melissa Petrow  started with MVCA in November of 2017. Melissa is a favorite of the children of the center and happily works in each classroom. Melissa is a full time college student and has hopes to become a pediatric nurse.

  Jaime Dambauskas  has a master of special education and is spending her days with our youngest friends in the infant room.  Jaime has been working in our field while her children are in school.  Jaime has a daughter in high school and a son in middle school.

 Diandra Ayala (Didi) helps bring the energy to MVCA. Didi spends most of her days with our preschool classroom, but also loves helping out around the center. Didi is pursuing her education in the ECE field and we are happy to support her along the way.

  Marisol Ayala  has worked with young children for 20 years. We are lucky to have Marisol caring for our younger toddlers and they all love being with her each day. Marisol is focused on the happiness and safety of the children each day in her care. We are lucky to employ her daughter as well.
