Tuition Rates
Tuition rates vary based on your child’s age group and scheduling needs. For current availability and tuition information, we invite you to contact our team or schedule a tour.
Center Hours
Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Closed weekends and designated holidays.
Holiday Closures
To allow our staff time to rest and spend time with their families, we observe the following holidays and will be closed on these days:
New Year’s Day (January 1)
Presidents’ Day (Third Monday in February) - staff development
Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
Independence Day (July 4)
Labor Day (First Monday in September)
Columbus Day (Second Monday in October) - staff development
Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
Day After Thanksgiving (Friday following Thanksgiving)
Christmas Eve (December 24)
Christmas Day (December 25)
Day After Christmas (December 26)
New Year’s Eve (December 31) - early closure
MVCA closes for snow closures based on Methuen Public School District closures. Keep an eye out for Methuen public school closing or 2-hour delays for snow, as that will mean MVCA will follow suit and close or delay as well.
Enrollment Policies & Additional Information
Tuition & Attendance Policies
Tuition is based on your child’s scheduled enrollment days, including holidays, sick days, and vacations.
Tuition accounts must remain current in order to maintain scheduling flexibility and enrollment status.
Families planning an extended absence of four consecutive weeks may discuss tuition hold options with the office when advance notice is provided.
A $100 deposit is required to hold your child’s space during approved extended absences and will be applied upon return.
A two-week written notice is required for withdrawal from the program. Without proper notice, two weeks of tuition will still apply.
Accounts that fall four or more weeks behind may result in temporary suspension of attendance until the balance is resolved.
A late fee of $25 may be applied to tuition payments not received by Tuesday of the current week.
Children are expected to arrive by 10:00 AM unless prior arrangements have been made with the office.
