Merrimack Valley Children’s Academy was founded by experienced early childhood educators and mothers who shared a vision: to create a space where children feel safe, nurtured, and truly known.
Since opening in 2017, MVCA has been committed to providing high-quality early education in an environment built on trust, thoughtful care, and strong relationships with families.

Our leadership team brings years of experience in early childhood education —and a shared commitment to creating a safe, supportive environment for every child.
Nicole Sebastian
Nicole brings a dual background in Early Childhood Education and Business Management (Rasmussen College) to her role at the Academy. She began her career teaching Pre-K and Kindergarten before moving into administration with a large child care corporation — giving her both classroom roots and organizational experience. She's committed to creating a warm, family-centered environment built on the latest educational research. A mom of three boys, all of whom have attended MVCA.

Elvia (Mily) Rodriguez
Mily holds degrees in Elementary Education and Foreign Languages, earned while living in Spain — experience that directly informs her work in Methuen's diverse community. She spent 8 years teaching toddlers with a focus on social-emotional development and building confidence. Her background in large group care centers gives her a realistic understanding of what working parents navigate daily. Mily is a mom of three, and all have gone through the Academy.

Jennifer (Jen) Hogg
Jen has worked in early childhood education since 2005, spending her entire career at one center before joining the Academy. She grew from lead toddler teacher to Assistant Director of an 11-classroom center in one of Massachusetts' most competitive child care markets. She holds her Child Development Associates credential and brings a calm, level-headed approach that parents rely on and kids respond to.
